The first open qualifier took place over the last two days, with nearly 200 teams in attendance of the single-elimination, best-of-one bracket. In the last two rounds of the qualifier, UnderPressure, a team combined around veterans Sergey "starix" Ischuk, Denis "seized" Kostin, and Dmitry "hooch" Bogdanov, defeated LAN DODGERS in overtime and clinched their spot in the next stage with a best-of-three victory over DreamEaters.  hooch's mix-team UnderPressure made it through the first open qualifier Atlants originally lost to PUGSTAR5 in the quarter-finals, but they received a default win after the organizers disqualified the latter team due to Egor "fearfox" Levichev being under 16 years old.
